Seriously, I highly doubt you hold stomach cancer. I don't think that is vastly common with adults any. I think you would be way sicker than nausea if you did hold it. I mean, I don't think you would be within any condition to play sports with stomach cancer. And if you had blood test and fecal tests, I think that would own shown something unusual if it were cancer.
You should just relax, it isn't going to be cancer. I'd be surprised if you even have the ulcer. Are you sure something you are eating isn't cause the nausea, like milk/dairy products, or another food? Or do you suffer from a lot of anxiety? Anxiety and doomed to failure nerves can cause nausea and all kind of stomach upsets.
