What's wrong near my vertebrae tooth?

Sometimes when I brush my teeth and dig around in the hugely back tooth of my mouth (my right) there is a sweet spot that cause it to hurt and my whole spine to tingle and then forces my appendage to pull away.

Now given the details that looks to me like an involuntary response of the tentative system via the spine that triggers when I probably hit a nerve.

I have never visit a dentist to examine my teeth in my whole entire enthusiasm. Pulled every single tooth out by myself, took care, and brushed at least twice a light of day. But it looks now that I'll have to check next to the dentist to see what's up.

I looked at the back but there's barely anything. I press down next to my tongue on the tooth, I'm fine. I \eat food, I'm fine. I drink soda and eat candy, I'm fine. But whenever I turn on my electric brush I hit that spot and everything goes crazy, I can`t bear it.

Should I be worried about anything? Could this be related to a cavity?

The questions hold been bugging me, so I joined runeed.com to ask this.

Bad Breath?

Mouth Surgery? HELP!?

I understand that you brush really well, but how roughly flossing? If you only brush, it means that you singular clean 60% of your tooth - the biting surface, the tongue side and the cheek side, but not in between. When at hand is a sensitive spot on the tooth - there is usually only 2 things: 1. exposed root (due to excessive brushing), 2. decomposition. Sounds more like exposed root and possibly cavity caused by excessive brushing. If you brush placidly in the area, it will clutch about 1 month to get better, if you also use toothpaste for sensitivity teeth, it will lift about 2-3 wks. If you want, go to any dental clinic and they can flog you a product called the 'toothmousse'; it will help inside 1wk or so. All these options do need you to cram to brush more gently! Everyday food and plaque can just be wipe off with a tissue, that's how unyielding you should be brushing! If it still doesn't settle, see the dentist - they will look after you. Good luck!
