i would practice keeping your mouth shut for a week so you dont try to speak after the surgery. its basicly just to train your brain to (in my way of saw "think before you act") focus before you do something dumb that youll regret later. let face it, if you try to talk directly after surgery, its going to hurt much worse for a long time.
