How do you catch rid of plaque (the slimy stuff within your mouth after you brush your teeth)?
P.S, if YOU have plaque, how do you get rid of it after you own brushed your teeth? I just use my fingers to pick it and wrap it around a tissue.
Answers: What you are describing is not plaque.
Plaque is the colony of bacteria that get together on your teeth throughout the day(or night), which is soft and should be brushed away.
To remove plaque use a soft toothbrush and flouride toothpaste to carefully brush your teeth for 2 minutes twice a day. Then floss between respectively tooth at least once per day.
If you are using mouthwash excessively it could be cause desquamation of the mucosa(skin) in your mouth. This causes it to prepare away.
You could also have a mucousy consistancy to you saliva which may be down to several things; medication, dyhydration, influenza, salivary gland problems.

Plaque is a build up of germs on your teeth, that sticks together in what's called a biofilm. Everybody get it. It has a creamy-white appearance, is soft, and can be swept off. The microbes closest to your teeth become anaerobic, and when sugars become available (from the food you eat), they digest it and produce acids, which lead to decay.
Fortunately, you can prevent this by frequently removing plaque - by toothbrushing. Plaque is not disappeared in your mouth after you brush, as long as you're brushing properly - unless you mean between your teeth, contained by which case it can be removed with floss or small interdental brushes.
So really, I don't know what you be determined by 'the slimy stuff in your mouth after you brush' :-p
It might just be the residue of the toothpaste - you don't really want to find rid of that, as it applies fluoride to strengthen your teeth. If it bothers you, you can rinse out with mouthwash 15-20 minutes after brushing. Or perhaps use a different brand of toothpaste?
i construe you have to go to your dentist to check if there's something wrong in the order of your mouth...
_that's the best way to do... I brush, then sign out it and brush again. Doesn't always work though.
