Big Cavity!! Help.?
through a mirror and I notice something odd
on my molar tooth and i looked to be a cavity.
I immediately freaked out..
I don't know why but I'm scared out of your wits of dentists.
they scare me too death. I loathe the drilling noise.
Anyway. I haven't been to the dentist contained by like a year or two..
so I'm way over due and I'm pretty sure I hold more than one cavity.
So. usually if someone has a large cavity do they automatically
clutch your tooth out? that's what i'm most scared of.
like it seem to be wide.. but not deep.
Do cavity filling effortlessly break?
Answers: The drill out the cavity (black stuff) and permeate it up. They dont take out your tooth unles more then partly is gone. Go to a dentist with new technology they dont use a drill they use a laser..doesnt hurt!
No, in actuality now they have dentists that are specially made for those like you. I forget their name, but they put you surrounded by a really relaxing environment, and then it's not as bad.
Try going to a pediatric dentist, since they are usually more gentle and they are more gentle.
What they'd do for you is they'd probably freeze your mouth, then they'd help yourself to out the cavity, then they'd fill within that part of your tooth with a wadding.

They will just drill it and compress it. If it is the noise of the drill that scares you, whip your Ipod/MP3 player and listen to that while the dentist works on you. Don't put off going to the dentist - it will only end in the cavity to get worse - or spread. Definetely go to the dentist. I bring back flouride treatments every year, and I have NEVER gotten a cavity becuse of them.
