Answers:    yes, generate sure you add bulk like psyllium and bentonite clay to it. It's much better to start stale with raw fruits and vegetables while staying away from processed sugars and meat. Drinking plenty of river that way you will have vitality, fiber and you will be cleansing your system. When you're to the point that your body has adjusted next do it with just the bulk fiber and psyllium and wet. It will be much easier for you and not so much a shock to your body.

You can, but flushing out everything from your system without replenishing it (with food) can cause some problems including lowered intestinal flora, too little sparkle (maybe passing out during the day), and you may be spending most of those 2-3 days in the bathroom if you don't enjoy some roughage to slow down the loose stools that you will get from it.
