Answers: All this 'cleansing' and 'detoxing' is so much rubbish. It has be invented for commercial purposes to scam money from people who have too little know-how to know better. The body is quite capable of 'cleaning' itself in need any sort of "detox" or "cleanse". All the websites that are telling you how good it is are also selling something, hmm, should be a clue in that! Break away, be sensible, and forget the cleansing/detoxing scam. There are NO benefits, and despite what some unfortunate uneducated society will tell you, NOTHING actually "detoxes" you. Nothing at adjectives. It is a useless waste of money.
PS. Stay far, FAR away from a "series of 3 to 5 colon irrigations". Even worse than the useless colon cleansers, this nonsense is potentially insecure.

Hi Susie, I don't believe in those products, as the colon is the last member of our system, not the top part. If you want a good colon cleanse, look within the Yellow pages under Colonic irrigation, this flushes the entire colon and should be done within a series of 3 to 5 over a 10 day period. They can be moderately pricey though, around $75 each or you can take a series of enemas at home surrounded by different positions, you can similar results as a colonic. I tried a whole body cleanse program that had capsule and also fiber powder to add to water and adjectives it did was give me a massive headache...I couldn't finish taking it, I feel horrible.
If you are trying to cleanse your colon, good old metamucil works wonders, lately take it every couple of hours and don't eat anything until your are expelling zilch but the metamucil.
