Bloating at 'that' time of the month?
I get really, really bloated and I hate it! I hold quite a flat stomach and athletic figure usually but after I have this nasty evil little pot belly for almost 10 days before my period making me look similar to a fat porker! It honsety looks like one of those foul beer guts you see on older men.
Thanks
Kez
Have you tried craniosacral treatment?
Answers: Well, there are in actuality several natural products that would help as crude products for hormone support, which would help to balance out the hormones and everything that comes from that (including minimizing the bloating).
Some of the most popular ones would be Dong Quai, Black Cohosh, Vitex (also call Chasteberry), Wild Yam, Damiana Leaf, Motherwort, GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid, commonly in Borage Oil and Evening Primrose Oil), and some Soy germ products.
Good luck!
Headahce turned toothache... possible sinus infection??
Start using a natural progesterone creme. You can find it at the organic/vitamin stores. I enjoy never seen it at GNC or commercial places like that. I usually use it twice a year, alternating areas, two weeks prior to my "time of the month" and during that week. It helps with the bloating and hose gain and it seems to make them ultimate less. I use a brand called FemCreme from Purelabs. On their website it with the sole purpose shows you the pill form (which didn't work as well as the transdermal creme did). Here is a website that lists oodles different companies and brands with websites and contact info. Most people use it for premenapausle or menapause but it works GREAT for our period. There is tons of info on the web but Dr. Lee recommended products are one of the names my doctor recommended me. And it really help with mood balance as resourcefully.
