Answers:    I dont know about others but Fenugreek is Maythi( seeds).

It is better to consume seed rather than capsule ( which is more expensive than seeds). You can find Maythi at any grocery store they are blond goldenish yellow seeds. you can boil these seed in water or put away raw seeds next to warm water.
